A Job holds the saved information and tool results for one address. Field Visit is the onsite walkthrough. Save a named Field Visit within the Job alongside calculations, equipment lookups, sketches, and assessment reports.

- Find reviewed Weatherization guidance for your jurisdiction: when to use a measure, scope language, work steps, verification, documentation, and source references. Search the component or condition in front of you, then follow the entry through the work.
- WAP Chat
- Ask Weatherization questions and get answers based on national and jurisdiction guidance, with links to the official sources, so you can read the guidance behind the answer.
- HVAC Age Finder
- Find manufacture dates and ages for heating and cooling equipment and water heaters: furnaces, direct-vent furnaces, unit heaters, boilers, combi-boilers, central and room/window air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, geothermal heat pumps, air handlers, packaged HVAC units, rooftop units, wall-mount HVAC units, and tank, tankless, and heat-pump water heaters. Choose the brand and product type, then enter the serial number and model when available to get the date, age, and result details.
- Refrigerator / Freezer Lookup
- Find a model’s capacity and annual energy rating for your equipment documentation, with model configuration and source details available alongside the result.
- Site Sketch
- Draw the building with floors, rooms, openings, dimensions, and field notes. Draw directly, develop a draft from Field Visit observations, or start with exterior wall geometry from Assessment Check.
- Building Science Calculators
- Calculate areas, volume, insulation quantities, air leakage, capacity conversions, and pressure values from your measurements. Copy a field note or save the result to a Job.

A Job keeps saved work together for one street address and city. New Jobs start with a street address, city, ZIP code, and home type. Use a tool’s Job save action to keep supported work there, or use the tools without saving. All authorized agency members can see their agency’s Jobs.

Collect field observations and use Field Visit Readiness to find missing information and follow-up while you are still at the property.

Use a Field Visit Export as PDF, text, or HPXML 5.0 for compatible software. Weatherization JSON adds supported audit field names. Run Assessment Check before submission to catch omissions, different values, and transcription errors.
