Purchase FAQ
What to know before checkout.
When is payment collected?
Stripe collects payment after you review and confirm the exact recurring order. FieldScout confirms payment before agency setup begins.
Who counts as a paid user?
Every purchased user counts, including the primary administrator. Self-service checkout supports 1 through 100 paid users.
How is jurisdiction assigned?
Checkout collects one state or territory for the agency. That selection establishes your agency's assigned jurisdiction.
What happens after purchase?
The Agency Lead receives the secure setup path after payment is confirmed. Account and source readiness are then prepared for your agency's assigned jurisdiction.
Are sources immediately ready?
Availability depends on approved documents and readiness for your agency's assigned jurisdiction. FieldScout does not promise complete or automatic source coverage.
How do subscription changes work?
Paid-user increases can take effect after review and confirmation. Reductions and annual-to-monthly changes begin at renewal.
Where are invoices managed?
Agency Leads can use Stripe’s billing portal for invoices and payment details.
Where do I get help?
