Stripe collects payment after you review and confirm the exact recurring order. Verified payment creates the paid agency and every purchased account.
Who counts as a paid user?
Every purchased user counts, including the primary administrator. Choose the exact number of people who will use FieldScout.
Is the core workflow available nationwide?
Yes. The core Job workflow is available to agencies in every state, the District of Columbia, and all five territories. ScopeBook depends on jurisdiction-package readiness; source-backed WAP Chat depends on verified sources and agency activation. Standalone Work, Jobs, field tools, and planning remain available.
Getting started
What happens after purchase?
The verified checkout return lets the Agency Lead create the first password directly. Every other purchased account already exists and can later claim secure access.
Does FieldScout replace our official assessment system?
No. Your agency completes the official assessment in the system it already uses, then brings the completed assessment back to FieldScout for Assessment Check and closeout review.
Where do I get help?
Email billing@fieldscouts.ai. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive household information.
Managing the subscription
How do subscription changes work?
Paid-user increases can take effect after review and confirmation. Reductions and annual-to-monthly changes begin at renewal.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Where are invoices managed?
