These Terms govern paid and trial access to FieldScout. FieldScout is a protected weatherization workspace for authorized agencies, program staff, assessors, auditors, and approved partners.
FieldScout may be used only by authorized users and agencies for lawful weatherization, energy program, housing, assessment, audit, administrative, or related support work. Users must keep account credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorized people.
FieldScout supports workflow, source review, and information retrieval, but it does not replace professional judgment, program rules, grant requirements, local code, legal advice, or final agency determinations.
Introductory first-year access starts at $350 per month per agency. Annual payment receives a 5% discount and is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law. Pricing is subject to change, and larger agency, organization, or multi-user arrangements may be priced individually.
Onboarding is included. Optional training, expanded support, or larger agency arrangements may be quoted separately.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled for future billing periods according to the billing process in effect for the account. Annual payment is non-refundable except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.
Users may not attempt to bypass authentication, access another agency workspace, upload malicious files, misuse source materials, overload the service, reverse engineer restricted areas, or use FieldScout for unlawful, harmful, or non-weatherization purposes.
FieldScout may provide source-backed summaries or workflow support. Users remain responsible for verifying source applicability, state and program context, effective dates, local requirements, and final decisions before acting.
FieldScout may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, security, legal compliance, source readiness, billing operations, or product improvement. Some tools may be enabled or disabled by jurisdiction.
